Founded on Faith & Choral Artistry
In 2013, a circle of devoted young choristers in Dansoman, Accra, came together bound by a shared conviction: that choral music could be elevated into a vibrant, soul-stirring vehicle for Christian worship, Ghanaian cultural preservation, and world-class artistic excellence.
Over the past 13+ years, VocalEssence Chorale has staged dozens of acclaimed concert productions, represented Ghana at international festivals, released 6 studio and live albums, and spearheaded life-changing philanthropic initiatives.

Founding in Dansoman, Accra
VocalEssence Chorale was birthed by a passionate group of young choristers committed to spreading the Gospel through choral music.
Debut Album: Nyame Ye Osahen
Released our first landmark album featuring spirit-filled anthems like Nyame Ye Osahen and Awurade W'ahenie So.
Oman Ghana & National Recognition
Released the iconic patriotic compilation Oman Ghana featuring all 3 stanzas of the Ghana National Anthem and Ghana Nyigba.
7th Africa Sings Festival in Cotonou, Benin
Represented Ghana on the continental stage at the pan-African choral festival, fostering cross-border cultural unity through African harmonies.
Harmony of a Decade & Saving Hearts Project
Celebrated our 10th anniversary with the live concert album Harmony of a Decade and partnered with Korle Bu Cardiothoracic Unit for the Saving Hearts Project.
Ayeyi Ndwom & Global Streaming Expansion
